
BIO/RESUME
Rick is an award winning actor/singer/dancer who has performed across the country, from Carnegie Hall to the Kennedy Center, from the Chicago Theater to San Francisco’s Curran.
He was recently seen in Pirates! The Penzance Musical, his 8th Broadway show. Rick was nominated for a Chita Rivera Award for Kiss Me, Kate! and he is the recipient of a Fred Astaire Award, for On The 20th Century. He won a Best Singer Award for the role of Frankie Valli, in the original Las Vegas production of Jersey Boys.
He has performed and worked with some of the greatest names in Broadway history, including: Tommy Tune, Cy Coleman, Comden and Green, Herb Gardner, Daniel Sullivan, Ann Reinking, Gwen Verdon, Graciela Daniele, Julie Andrews, Kathleen Marshall, Gillian Lynne, Jack O'Brien, Jerry Mitchell, Des McAnuff, Susan Stroman, Donna McKechnie, Wayne Cilento, Warren Carlyle, Scott Ellis and many others.
Rick has been seen on TV in: "FBI", "The Newsroom", "The Following", "America’s Got Talent", "Conan O’Brien", "PBS’s 50th Anniversary of Great Performances" and more. He also received the Best Performance Award at the Orlando Film Festival, for the title role in the film Virgin Alexander (currently on Amazon Prime). He can also be seen in the A Chorus Line documentary Every Little Step, also on Amazon Prime.
When not performing, Rick works as an SDC choreographer, having mounted productions of A Chorus Line, Grease, and Jersey Boys at the Cape Playhouse. Choreography credits also include productions of Jesus Christ Superstar, Anything Goes and Wonderful Town at Interlochen Center for the Arts, in Michigan.
